Cycle 1, Week 2 - Classroom Notes

(These are portions of notes taken from my weekly tutor letter home to families - if you have any questions I'd be happy to answer - but hopefully you'll find something useful!)

It was our second week at CC! Due to tutor and student absences/sickness our classes combined this week - and it was a roller coaster (lots of twists and turns, but hopefully everyone had a good time).

One of my favorite Youtubers is CCHappyMom - she creates geography songs and when I'm having trouble coming up with something for class her channel is one of my first stops. When doing geography at home I try and have my kids find the locations of both the world map and our Africa map - our first year through Cycle 1 I remember my oldest looking for the Nile River... in South America ;-) Oops!

WISHING EVERYONE A WEEK OF HEALTH,
HISTORY SENTENCES, AND HAPPY HOMESCHOOLING!
